⋆.˚ 6/9/24 - Life Recap ( ˶°ㅁ°) !!

Hey there, Rita here! My life has been fairly eventful within the last few months, so I figured it'd be nice to write about it on my blog !!! ( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ )

We begin in April, where I was lucky enough to meet the love of my life for the first time EVER, Michael...♡ I first found out that Michael would be able to visit in January because he had planned a vacation with his dad, and they both agreed that it'd be nice to meet up with me !!! For months I was excited, I counted down the days until I got to visit him and everything. Luckily for us, we got to meet even sooner than expected! We both met to go to Disneyland, and on April 23rd, I met up with him for the first time at a hotel down the street. I remember how I ran up to him and hugged him for the first time...how he smiled when he saw me and how tightly he held me back. I shared my first kiss ever with him that day. We walked through Downtown Disney and stopped by the end of the area to sit down, and despite my intense nervousness, we kissed. It was a little smooch, but then we kissed again, and again, and again. He even took a pic! Though I won't share it here to respect our privacy, can confirm it's an amazing picture though! Another important kiss to discuss was when we were walking back to his hotel, there were a ton of people around and he stopped me so they could all pass by. Finally, when we were out of everyone's sight again, he kissed me again. I couldn't help but squeal in delight and tackle him in a hug and just hold him in the middle of the sidewalk (nobody was around, it's fine.) And of course I kissed him again, hehe. I had to leave a little after this but I was fine with that because I knew I'd get to spend the next day with him anyway. I went to sleep so late and woke up way too early because of how excited I was.

Next day, April 24th comes and I'm just as excited to see him again and to spend the day with him. We spent the entire day together and I got to experience California Adventure for the first time with him !!! We shared yummy food, went on so many rides together, and sneaked a bunch of kisses while his dad wasn't looking. My favorite part of the day was when we went on the Monorail together, laying next to him while we just relaxed for a bit and feeling his arm around me felt so blissful and relaxing. I loved everything about that day. We spent literally the entire day together, and it is among the best days of my life. I could not describe the joy that I felt, even while we waited through horrendously long lines together, I still enjoyed it all because he was there. His dad went with us the entire day and took videos and pictures of us having fun together, so our trip was very well documented by them both !!! We got such cute pictures together and I love them all very dearly...his smile is so cute !!! My beautiful boy...he's so gorgeous and handsome !!! You already know I missed him so dearly when I had to leave him by the end, but again, I knew I'd see him again in a few days. Despite my tears, I left with a smile.

A few days later on April 28th, Michael came to visit my house !!! We are about 6 hours apart from each other, which is...so close but also so far. Him coming to visit me meant the world to me. We spent the whole day together, starting off by eating breakfast together and sharing an order of chicken and waffles !!! Next, we stopped by the hotel he was staying at for a bit and then we went to get Boba after we stayed there for a bit. My mom picked us up and I made him play Overwatch on my DOGSHIT computer and then we went to the mall with my sister. I saved a lot of money over the months so I could buy him a bunch of things when he came to visit because I like to make him smile. After we spent time at the mall and he fed me candy like an animal at a petting zoo while we waited for my mom to pick us up, we went to downtown together, but without my sister this time since she was tired. We went to my local comic book store and he bought two volumes of Death Note and I bought him a mini keychain of Shinso from BNHA since we like him. Then after that we went to the toy store and I bought two 75¢ miniature silicon babies so he could keep one and so could I. He bought this cute little box that would give you a random toy, and he got a cute little burger dog which we lovingly refer to as "borbor." By now the day was coming to an end, so we went to get some ice cream at Baskin Robbins together while we waited for my mom. We shared Pistachio and Jamoca flavored ice cream and we took pics of each other eating our yummy treat. Then we went back home and hung out for a while, kept kissing him every now and then whenever my sister was out of the room, and then we finally had to call it a night because it was getting late. My mom dropped us off at the hotel and while we waited for the elevator to come down, we kept hugging and kissing each other. The elevator eventually came down after a little wait, and I couldn't help but kiss him the entire elevator ride. We walked to his room and we kept saying our goodbyes over and over again, then he decided to walk me back to the elevator again (just yknow...to spend some more time together before it was all over.) I remember how sad he looked to see me go and I remember being so sad too...I kept holding his hands and kissing him before I had to push the button to make the elevator go down. I regretted it immediately. I remember going home that night with tears in my eyes and when I got in my room I completely broke down because I missed him so much. I called my friend Mars to talk about everything though and it made me feel better, though I still missed him dearly. We kept texting all night, and the days after were lonely and sad for me. I'm mostly over it now, though I get a lot of bad withdrawals from him. Luckily, I'll be able to visit him again later this year! Hopefully everything goes well and that we have so much fun just like last time.

We move beyond April and proceed onto May & June, while not much happened in May aside from stress from finals and the like, June marked a very important moment in my life as I graduated from High School! Not much to detail though I was awarded a gold seal on my diploma for having good grades and stuff, and I also went to Korean BBQ after I graduated as a treat. I'm very proud of how far I've come as I was convinced from a young age that I wouldn't be alive this long (#SUICIDE) but I made it! Class of 2024 and moving on to be the first in my family lineage to go for a Bachelor's Degree in college.

As of writing, nothing much has happened since this but I am currently looking for my first job and I think I am very close to getting one! I hope the job search goes well and that I can start saving to move out of my parent's house in the future. Wish me luck !!! I have to lock in and start ADULTING. Scary!
